PURERAY Supreme is the coating thickness analyzer equipped with the Smart FP algorithm. It can measure the thickness and composition of coatings at the same time and analyze up to 10 layers. With three collimators and an XY micro-motion platform, it is ideal for detecting small components. In addition, it can analyze precious metals, ion concentrations, and RoHS substances.
PURERAY Pro is a versatile XRF spectrometer with superior accuracy. It can quickly and non-destructively analyze alloys, gemstones, coatings, ion concentrations, RoHS substances and mineral powders.
