Manufacturing World Tokyo 2025 is taking place from July 9-11 2025, at Makuhari Messe. The exhibition gathers over 2,000 exhibitors across 10 specialized zones and highlights cutting-edge technologies in mechanical components, automation, additive manufacturing (3D printing), factory facilities and measuring instruments. It attracts tens of thousands of visitors and serves as the premier platform for decision-makers to exchange insights and explore partnerships.
At Booth No. 41-16, CFAN Instrument showcases its latest innovations: the PURERAY Supreme, a high-precision coating thickness analyzer, and the PURERAY Pro, a versatile XRF spectrometer. Both instruments support non-destructive testing for metal analysis, multilayer coating measurement, and RoHS compliance screening.
By virtue of their exceptional accuracy and tiny spot detection capabilities, the two spectrometers draw professionals in electronics, machinery, and precision engineering sectors. On-site demonstrations and real-time Q&A sessions by CFAN's team are met with enthusiastic feedback, which reflects solid R&D strength of the company.
Participating in this event not only enhances CFAN’s brand visibility on the international stage, but also stands as a strong foundation for business expansion in Japan and across Asia. With continuous investment in innovation, CFAN Instrument has grown into a trusted name in the global XRF field, with products exported to over 100 countries and regions.
Instruments Displayed
PURERAY Supreme is the coating thickness analyzer equipped with the Smart FP algorithm. It can measure the thickness and composition of coatings at the same time and analyze up to 10 layers. With three collimators and an XY micro-motion platform, it is ideal for detecting small components. In addition, it can analyze precious metals, ion concentrations, and RoHS substances.
PURERAY Pro is a versatile XRF spectrometer with superior accuracy. It can quickly and non-destructively analyze alloys, gemstones, coatings, ion concentrations, RoHS substances and mineral powders.
